Ratnakarandaka-śrāvakācāra
आलोच्य सर्वमेनः कृतकारितमनुमतं च निर्व्याजम् । आरोपयेन्महाव्रतमामरणस्थायि निश्शेषम् ॥ १२५ ॥
सामान्यार्थ - सल्लेखनाधारी कृत, कारित और अनमोदित समस्त पापों की निश्चल भाव से आलोचना कर जीवनपर्यन्त स्थिर रहने वाले समस्त / पाँचों महाव्रतों को धारण करे।
Further, he should confess, truthfully, all sins committed by him in any of the three ways - by doing (krta), by causing to be done (kārita), and by approval (anumodanā) – and adopt, for the rest of his life, the five great vows (mahāvrata) of asceticism desisting from injury, falsehood, stealing, unchastity and attachment.
