Last but not least, I must express my heartfelt obligation to His Highness Mahārājādhirāj Rāja Rājeshwara Sawāi Shri Tukõji Rão Holkar Bahādur, Chief of the Native State of Indore in Central India. for his gracious permission to dedicate the book to him.
