The Kaching really divide their rupee by the silver pieces (2 and 4 annas), which they find current, on the principle of the surrounding system of Troy weight, being still hazy and uncertain as to the use of the newly introduced copper money, and practically unable to express or comprehend the intermediate British divisions of the rapee into annas, which last denomination is & monoy of account.
