Lord Mallinātha
had realized the ultimate objective and, therefore, free from all action and desire, and also from all stings* (salya), I take refuge in that Supreme Lord Mallinātha.
*Stings (salya) are of three kinds: the sting of deceit (māyā), the sting of desire for enjoyment or pleasure (nidāna), and the sting of perverse attitude (mithyātva).
