This is a fas ( गतिसमास ) formed under the rule ' तिक्कादुः ' for धिक्कृत्य is तिसंज्ञक ( गतिसंज्ञक ) under the rule ' साक्षादाद्यच्वि' This being तिसंज्ञक, the termination प्य ( स्यप् ) is affixed to the root कृ under the rule ' व्यक्तिवाक्से क्तः '. सकृत्य taking along with. This is also a गतिसमास. सजुष् (राजू ) with. This is an indeclinable. When this word is compounded with a verb, it is denominated as ति ( गति ) under the rule ' चिवडाजूर्याद्यनुकरणम्' and therefore the termination प्य (व्यप् ) is affixed to it instead of the termination l under the rule प्यास्तबाक्से क्तः'. The letter š of the word सजुष् is changed to विसर्ग under the सजुषो रिः and the fa is optionally dropped under the rule ' इसुसोर्बहुलम् '. Both of the forms सजू कृत्य and सजःकृत्य are grammatically correct. The following extract from the महावृत्ति explains this word in two ways. सजूः । सह जुषा वर्तते ' सहेति तुल्ययोगे' बसः । वा नीचः' इति सहस्य सो भवति । यदि वा सह जुषते इति सजूः । [५|३|७६ ]. अहिराजः the lord of serpents. Fàzfä7: absorbed in devotion; absorbed in affection. स्नेहे निघ्नः स्नेहनिघ्नः । प्रणयाधीनः भक्त्यश्रीनो वेत्यर्थः । निघ्नः आयत्तः । ' अधीनों निघ्न आयत्तोऽस्वच्छन्दो गृह्यकोऽ• प्यसौ ' इत्यमरः । निहन्यते निघ्नः । This word is derived from the root हन्, preceded with , by affixing the termination under the rule स्थादिभ्यः कः '. विरहे स्नेहान् हासिनः आहुः people speak of affections as deteriorating during the period of separation. हासिनः rating. किमपि - inexplicable. ते अभोगात् इष्टे वस्तुनि उपचितरसाः प्रेमराशीभवन्ति - These [affections ], however, owing to non-enjoyment, having longing heightened [ intensified ] in respect of objects desired for, get turned into heaps of affection [i. e. become intensified ]. इष्टे वस्तुनि in respect of objects desired for. अभोगात् उपचितरसः
