I am directed to refer to your letter, dated the 13th August 1969, on the subject noted above, and to state that Government considers that the dispute between two sects of Jains having been finally settled by the decisions of the Judicial Commissioner Central Provinces, in 1923 and the Privy Council in 1929, and the High Court, Nagpur Bench in its judgement dated the 6th April, 1966 in Civil Revision Application No. 351 of 1964, having held that these decisions would stand until they are set
