Dear Sir, Re :- Antariksha Parshwanath Sansthan Sirpur. We had the pleasure of meeting you personally at Akot, when we had explained our grievances and requested your co-operation in the matter. We had approached the Deputy Secretary, Home Department (Special) by a letter dated 6th November 1969 in regards to certain actions against us. A copy of the same is attached herewith for your information. We have received a copy of the Report of the Panch Committee, headed by shri Babasaheb Naik. We are alsɔ informed that you have been sent a copy of the same also. Under the letter of the Home Deptt. (SPL) No. SBI/DIS/-1262/2199 of the 18th October 1969, and of the findings of the Panch Committee, a clear picture of the situation of Sirpur should be obvious. We request that steps be immidiately initiated to remove the illegal occupations, and relief of our grievence and police protection be supplied to us in enforcing our rights.
