________________ No justice can be done with any sect, unless Digambari enthusiasts agree to bring the original conditions as per Privy Council Judgement, and all litigations are withdrawn. If it is done, then, both may appoint a supervising common committee to see that no one of them arbitrarily does anything to disturb the situation, and disregards the sentiments of others. If there is any dispute regarding interpretation of the judgement of the Privy Council, one is to approach the competent the Privy Council, court for relief. This report, I suggest be sent to both sects for information and necessary action and to Government of Maharashtra, and be requested to improve matters. I think with the submission of this report, work of our Panch-Committee overs. Yours Sincerely, Sd/(VINAYKUMAR PARASHAR) Jain Education International For Private & Personal Use Only Www.jainelibrary.org
