As per our talk on phone, and otherwise, Shriramappa (Pusad) and myself, two members of the Fiveman Committee, under your Chairmanship, appointed by the two sects of Jain Sampradaya, visited the Jain Temple of Shri Antariksha Parshwanath at Sirpur, Akola, District, on 17-10-69.
The Committee of five panchas, viz, yourself (Pusad), myself (Akola), Shri Jethmalji Maheshwari, M. L. C., (Pusad ), Shri Shriramappa (Pusad and Shri Ramrao Zanak, M. L. A., was appointed by the common consent of both the sects of Jain, to find out the causes of strained relations between the two sects, and to suggest steps to remove them, so that good relations between them may developed.

As we know the claims and counter-claims over Antariksha Parshwanath Temple, and main Idol, inside, with mode of worship by the two sects of Jain community are very old for which litigations had been going on. A curtain was laid at last in the year 1929 by the Judgement of the Privy Council, the highest judiciary of the country in preindependence days, I have very minutely gone through the said judgement, and also that of the High Court of Ex C. P. & Berar Province delivered when again, this question of claim and counter claim of the ownership of the temple, and the Idol were made before the said court.
