Dear Sir, Re - Antariksha Parshwanth Sansthan. You Sir, are aware of our demand regarding the removal of encroachments etc., in our Sansthan. By a letter dated 2nd Nov. 1969, we had specifically stated of the manifold acts for which we claimed relief. We had met the District Magistrate, Yesterday, to request an early solution of our problems. He has informed us that he has already passed necessary instructions to you, in view of the Government of Maharashtra's order of the 18th octtober 1969. We are also informed that he has forwarded to you the report of the Panch Committee and its findings.. Under the letter of the Home Deptt. (Spl) No. SBI/ DIS/1262/20199, of the 18th October 1969, and of the findings of the Panch Committee, a clear picture of the situation at Sirpur should be obiours. In view of the above, we request that specific instructions be issued to the Police authorities concerned to redress our grievances, with immidiate effect. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, Sd/ :( K.
