The Trial court refused the Digambaries counsel to argue the application for withdrawn, by his order dated 7-3-60. The Digambaries filled a criminal Revision, firstly in the court of Sessions Judge, Akola, Cri. R. No. 11 of 60. it was dismissed on 25-4-60. They again filled Revision against that very order, of Taluq Magistrate, to the Distt. Magistrate. Akola as Cri. R. No. 19 of 60. That was also dismissed on 9-7-60. Ultimately, the application for withdrawal filled by the State for withdrawing the prosecution against the Shwetambaries was allowed on 21-9-60.
15. The Digambaries were also prosecuted for obstruction caused during the lape work and chalans under section 107 were put up against them. The case went on for nearly 2 years or more and finding that the cause of dispute did not exist any more, they were acquitted.
