The Doer (Kartā) and the Deed (Karma)
जाव ण वेदि विसेसंतरं तु आदासवाण दोडं पि। अण्णाणी ताव दु सो कोहादिसु वदे जीवो॥6॥ कोहादिसु वटुंतस्स तस्स कम्मस्स संचओ होदी। जीवस्सेवंबंधो भणिदो खलु सव्वदरिसीहिं॥7॥ Jāva ņa vedi visesantaram tu ādāsavāņa dohņam pi. Annanī tāva du so kohādisu vattade jīvo.||69||| Kohādisu vastantassa tassa kammassa samcao hodi. Jivassevam bandho bhanido khalu savvadarisihim.||70|| यावन्न वेत्ति विशेषांतरं त्वात्मानवयोर्द्वयोरपि। अज्ञानी तावत्स क्रोधादिषु वर्तते जीवः।।69।। क्रोधादिषु वर्तमानस्य तस्य कर्मणः संचयो भवति। जीवस्यैवं बंधो भणितः खलु सर्वदर्शिभिः॥7॥
So long as one does not know the difference and the separateness between the (pure) soul and the Asrava (influx of Bhāva Karma in the form of psychic dispositions such as emotions of anger etc.) [associated with the soul] till then he is [spiritually] ignorant and indulges himself with anger etc. [69]
By indulging oneself with anger etc., such a living being accumulates Karma. Omniscients say that, in reality, through this process a soul gets bonded (with the new Kārmika matter).
