आणखी दोन । वि ऐकूण तीन गांवची जाती कनसींगराव गायकवाड यांनी केली त्याग्न तुम्हा कडील रामचंद्र भास्कर हुजुर आले होते ते समई सीवेचा कजीया मनाम आणून मोकलीक विषयी समक्ष ताकीद झाली यानंतर गमचंद्र भास्कर बडोद्यान गल्यावर हग्दुविधा कजीया आणून रुपवेलकर खोटे झाले म्याज वरुन बांसदे करा कडील गांवाची मोकलीक केली त्या प्रमाणे सुरलींत चालले असता हल्ली हरी मेहता व्यारेकर याणी तुहांस गैर वाका समजावील्या वरुन चापधरा बगैर चार गांची जप्ती केली आहे म्हणून हुजूर विदीत ज्ञाले याज वरुन हे पत्र लिहीले अगे तरी पेशजी हरदु गांवचे सिवेचा कजीया मनास आणून नीव डा केला असतां हाल जप्ती करणे ठीक नव्हे याज करितां वांसदेकर कडील गांवची मोकलीक करुन सुदामत चालत अले असेल त्या प्रमाणे चालवावे जप्ती मुलें वसुल घेतला तो मायारा द्यावा ये विषयींचा हिरोन बोभाट येऊन द्यावे त॥ छ १५ रमजान सु।। ईसने तीसेन मया व अलफ बहुत काय लिहोणे हे विनंती.

Madho Rao Narayan, the Peshwa writes, on 15th Ramjan 1192 Arba, to Mana Singh Gaikwad:
“There was a Boundary dispute, between Chapaldhara and Rupbel of Pargana Anawal and Fateh Singh Gaikwad, as a sequence of the dispute, attached four villages. Thereupon Ramchandra Bhaskar, aproached the Government and represented the whole affairs to the Hazur. After careful consideration of the Pros and Cons of the dispute, the release of those villages was directed. Afterwards Ramchandra Bhaskır went to Baroda and the villages concerned were released.
The Menta of Vyara, having misled the Gaikwad, got an order for the attcahment of those villages. At the strength of the said attachment order, he attached those villages. This attachment being reported to the Government, it is directed that the villages conoerned should be released at once. If any realisation is made during the attachment, the amount realised is to bi refunded to Bansda. Furthermore, it is directed that no further trouble, on your part, will be tolerated"
