Order Permission is granted, as a special case and without the creation of a precedent, to the cremation of the dead body of the Jain Saint Shri Sagaranand Surishwarji in the open space of city survey No. 3394/B, Ward No. 1, Surat City. This permission does not dispense with the permission of Municipal Borough if such permission is necessary.
