(7) Page 226 line 11ff The texual reading Etrafa T21079THIAATTI has been misread in the commentary as रूपान्तरनिरीक्षगप्रवर्धमापेक्षतया and explained as अपेक्षा आकाङ्क्षा यस्य तादृशया. The explanation should rather be आक्षेप आकर्षणं यस्य तादृशया । आक्षेपो भर्त्सनाकृष्ट्यारिति त्रिकाण्डशेषः ।
(8) Page 226 line 19 :- In the phrase entrata NETTOT, the word cafea is wrongly explained as EAART TOTT This seems to have been rooted in the misunderstanding of the relevant passage of the Amarako'sa40 on the part of the author of the Parāga commentary : The passage of the AK has been explained in the Namacandrika commentary of the AK as of 11 (3) eta: 11 (2) à Circ gia Elart: 11 Hemacandra is specific on this word when he explains it as goat ata para real plezi Te T017.41
(9) Page 126 line 4ff : In the compound 25.7462 TAHITI 17: the word कञ्चककशा is explained in the Parage commentary as चोलकाक्रतिसन्नाहाsaaret 4: This also is in accordance to the blind imitation of the Amarakosa where the word कशा is exlained as अश्वादेस्ताडनी कशा.42 The reference is rather to the small strings of the rural garment called 'coranai' Even now these strings are called 'Kasa' and are meant for buttoning up the flaps of the garment.
(10) Page 128 line 2 : In the phrase cala72727Thai forga the word oojan (which is omitted by the author of the Tippanaka in his explanation कुपितकालकालितां कृद्धहरिकृष्णीकृताम् ) has been explained in the Paragavrti as :
