Vol. XVIII. p. 94, and Vol. XXIII. p. 113, No. 4. But a photograph of the date, taken by Mr. Cousens and given to me by Dr. Fleet, shews that the first figure of the year of the date is undoubtedly 9. The second figure of the year, the name of the month, and the number of the tithi seem to me doubtful.- Compare also Dr. Fleet's Dynasties, p. 543.
In lines 80 and 84 of the grant he is called Kunkaya-chakravartin.
