In the Present Tense, among the Three Persons, there occur si (f) and se () in place of the suffixes (si and se) (f and ) signifying the suffixes of Second Person Singular Number. (1 ) (हस + सि, से) = (हस + सि, से) = हससि, हससे (वर्तमानकाल, द्वितीयपुरुष (मध्यमपुरुष), एकवचन ) (Hasa+si,se) = (Hasa+si,se) = Hasasi, Hasase (Present Tense, Second Person, Singular Number) By applying sūtra 3/145 for non- a-ending Verbs, when se is negated, and only the verbal suffix si occurs.
