II. THE SECOND YOGASTHĀNA After a usual definition of the naiskramyabhūmi and enumeration of the topics dealt therein, the following topics have been discussed :
I. The twentyeight pudgalas : this is in accordance with
the pudgalas enumerated in the Asm. and the Pu. P. II. The classification and arrangement of the pudgalas
(pudgalavyavasthāna) according to the various kinds of (i) sense-bases (indriyaprabhedena), (ii) the classes of beings (nikāyao), (iii) conduct (cairta), (iv) attention of mind (praạidhāna'), (v, the way to realisation (pratipato), (vi) the way and the realisation (märga-phalao), (vii) practice (prayoga), (viii) mindconcentration (sāmāpatti), (ix) accomplishment and ascertainment (upapatti), (x) decline and deficiency (parihāni) and (xi) covering and obstruction
(āvarana).
It is noteworthy also that in the Asm. only seven kinds of pudgala vyavastbāna have been enumerated.
Under each kind of the pudgala-vyavasthāna certain pudgalas have been enumerated along with their corresponding marks (lingāni) III. A classified and detailed discussion on the fourfold
ālaibanas : (i) Vyāpyālambana : This comprises discussions
on the following topics : (a) savikalpa pratibimba, (b) nirvikalpa pratibimba, (c) vastuparittata and (d) kāryaparinișpatti,
