They can be destroyed or controlled in one Antarmuhurt (a trice of time). At such a time, the jiva will be in a state of strong wakefulness. Therefore, a very small degree of kashay is not called pramad. When the jiva transcends from the state of spiritual awareness, the vitrag state appears
Mithyathva (False belief): Avirati (vowlessness) Kashay (Passions) Yoga (psychophysical activities) and Pramad (negligence) in consonance with the extent to which they grow strong cause the bondage of karma to that extent.
