चर्माधिकारे सकलाः समानाः
सर्व समुन्नेतुमलं चरित्रम् ।। सर्वे समं प्रातुमलं विकास
महन्ति सामान्यत एव मोक्षम् ॥ ८१ ।।
ધર્મને અધિકાર બ્રાહ્મણ-ક્ષત્રિય-વૈશ્ય–શુદ્ધ બધાને એક સરખે છે. એ બધા પોતાના ચારિત્રને ઉન્નત બનાવી શકે છે, એ બધા પિતાને એક સરખો વિકાસ સાધી શકે છે અને એ બધા એક સરખી રીતે મેક્ષ મેળવી શકે છે,
So far as the path of religion is concerned all are placed equally. All can equally improve their character. All are equally competent to attain their spiritual growth and freedom from bondage.
