सिरि भूवलय
विमोचित सिरि भूवलय पुस्तक के कर्त्ता श्री कट्टे नगराज जी ने यह ग्रंथ हमारे पूर्वजों के द्वारा जीवन के विविध क्षेत्रों में किए गए कार्य साधना को सांकेतिक भाषा में व्यक्त करती है । यह अपूर्व ज्ञानं भंडार को जन सामान्य क पहुँच कर यदि वे इसे पढने में सक्षम हों तो दुनिया भर के लोगों के लिए अपार ज्ञान भंडार का खजाना खुल जाएगा । सरकार तथा साहित्य संशोधक इस कार्य को अपने हाथ में लें ऐसा कहा ।
सिरि भूवलय के विषय में एक परिचय प्रकटण में दिवगंत पंडित एम. यल्लप्पा शास्त्री जी के पुत्र एम. वाय. धर्मपाल जी ने इस संदर्भ में विद्वानों के ध्यान को खींचा। सिरि भूवलय के विषय में दिवंगत यल्लप्पा शास्त्री जी दिवंगत कलमंगलं श्री कंठैय्या जी संशोधन में प्रमुख रूप से कार्यरत रहे ।

700 Languages: One Script
A manuscript claimed to be so written as to be capable of being read in over 700 languages was produced here today before members of the Delhi Karnataka Sangha by Pandit Ellappa Shastri of Mysore,
The Manuscript written in parchment and believed to be about 900 years old, is stated to have been composed in verse form by a Jain Scholar. According to the Pandit the book embodies an encyclopadic knowledge of ancient Hindu arts, civilisation, medicine, mathematics and other sciences.

A discourse on the manuscript coloumnes - BHUVALAYA SIDHANTA written 1000 years ago, was given by Sri Yellappa Shastri.
The Speaker said that it contained useful knowledge given in a nutshell. It contained prescriptions for the preparations of platinum & other materials badly needed by India. If full use of the book was made much of our poverty would vanish, he observed.
There are solutions of many mathematical intricacies in it, he remarked. While Western mathematics had no knowledge beyond zero, our mathematics began from zero onwards, he said.
