2. Isāņa Lord (indra) of the second heavenly region of the same name. He has eighty thousand equals, thirty-three ministers, four police-chiefs, eight principal wives, three councils, seven army chiefs and three hundred twenty thousand bodyguards. He is the master of the northern half of the universe.? Amkavadamsaya is his main palace.
