ज्ञान और क्रिया ज्ञान और क्रिया के संयोग से ही फल की प्राप्ति होती है, जैसे वन में पंगु और अंधा दोनों परस्पर सहयोग से, आग लगने पर भी, बच निकलते हैं। केवल एक पहिये से रथ नहीं चलता।
Knowledge and Conduct Knowledge and conduct together lead to success, just as in a forest fire, when a blind and a lame help each other both manage to reach destination. A chariot does not move by one wheel alone.
आत्म-हित का मार्ग (साधक) सुनकर ही आत्म-हित का मार्ग जान सकता है। सुनकर ही पाप या अहित को जाना जा सकता है। अतः सुनकर, हित और अहित दोनों को जानकर, जो मार्ग श्रेयस्कर हो, उसका भली-भाँति आचरण करना चाहिये।
The Beneficial Path After listening to scriptures, a person knows what are good and evil deeds and, having known both, he should practise that which is conducive to reach the highest goal.
