परिग्रह
जीव परिग्रह के निमित्त हिंसा करता है, असत्य बोलता है, चोरी करता है, मैथुन का सेवन करता है और अत्यधिक आसक्ति करता है। इस तरह परिग्रह पापों की जड़ है।
Possessiveness
It is on account of attachment that a person commits violence, utters lies, commits theft, indulges in sex and develops a yearning for unlimited hoardings.
