६०. ब्राह्मण, पुरोहितों और पार्श्वस्थों (शिथिलाचारी जैन मुनियों) के विविध प्रकार के ऋद्धि वैभव को देखकर के भी जिसकी दृष्टि मोहित नहीं है, भ्रान्त नहीं होती है, वह अमूढ दृष्टि कहलाता है ।
60. Seeing a variety of accomplishments or mystical powers and grandeur of Brahmins and even Jain sadhus with lax conduct, one who is not attracted or befooled is the one having right perception or firm faith in Jainism.
खवणे वेयावच्चे, विणए सज्झायमाइउज्जुतं । जो तं पसंसए एस होइ उववूहणा नाम ॥ ६१
६१. क्षपण अर्थात् विशिष्ट तप-साधना करने वाले, वैयावृत्य • अर्थात् सेवा-शुश्रूषा करने वाले तथा विनय स्वाध्याय आदि संयम मूल गुण और उत्तर गुण की साधना में जो उद्यमशील हैं, उनकी प्रशंसा करना उपबृंहण कहा जाता है ।
