राय. पुं० ( - गणराज ) ज्योतिषग-तारा નક્ષત્ર વગેરેને સમુહ, તેને રાજા ચ ંદ્ર સૂ king of the planetary system viz. the sun. or moon. सम० ११; क० गं० १, ४६; पछ. पुं० ( -पथ ) सूर्य यन्द्र यदि ज्योतिष यो भार्ग. सूर्य चंद्र आदि ज्योतिष चक्र का मार्ग. the path of the heavenly bodies such as the sun, the moon etc. सम० - पद्द. त्रि० (-प्रभ) ज्योतिष्णु देवना श्रेवी अंतिवासो ज्योतिष्क देवके समान कान्तिवान posses ed of a lustre like that of a heavenly body. सम० (२) अग्निना मेरी अन्तिवास. अग्नि के समान कान्तिवान्. possessed of a lustre like that of fire. सम० - पहा स्त्री० ( प्रभा) ज्योतिषहेत्र समान शन्ति अला. ज्योतिष देव समान कान्ति, प्रभा lustre or brightness like that of a heavenly body. दसा ०६, १; ~~ राय पुं० (-राज) यंद्र, सूर्य. चन्द्र, सूर्य. the sun and moon.
