(2) Accusative Case Student saluted the Guru (2/1). . (3) Instrumental Case Gopal washes his face with water (3/1). Dative Case The son lives for the pleasure (4/1). Ablative Case The leaf falls from the tree (5/1). Genitive Case The government of state (6/1) brings up People. . Locative Case Clouds thunder in the sky (7/1). Vocative Case Oh boy! (8/1) you should read the book. Nominative Case (1) When something is said about a person or thing it is called the Subject of a sentence.
