તે સર્વતોભદ્ર યંત્રમાં ૐૐ (પ્રણવબીજ), હ્રીં (માયાબીજ), અને શ્રીં (લક્ષ્મીબીજ) એવા ત્રણ મંત્રાક્ષરો પૂર્વક સોળ વિદ્યાદેવીઓનાં નામો આલેખવાનાં હોય છે. તે દેવીઓનાં નામો આ પ્રમાણે છે. (૧) રોહિણી (૨) પ્રજ્ઞપ્તિ (૩) વજ્રશૃંખલા (૪) વજ્રાંકુશી (૫) ચક્રેશ્વરી (૬) નરદત્તા (૭) કાલી (૮) મહાકાલી (૯) ગૌરી તથા

It is essential to depict the names of the sixteen deties or goddesses of education preceded by the sacred or mystical syllables - 'Aum' (the symbol of life), Hrim (the symbol of universe) and 'Srim' (the symbol of wealth). The names of these sixteen deities are as follows :
