જીવા AB તથા APB અથવા AQB ના યોગગણને વૃત્તખંડ કહે છે.
AB U APB ને ગુરુવૃત્તખંડ કહે છે. - AB U AQB ને લઘુવૃત્તખંડ કહે છે. તે
ZACB ને AQB દ્વારા કેન્દ્ર આગળ 9 આંતરેલ ખૂણો કહે છે. Segment :
AB U APB and AB U AQB are called Segments. AB U APB is called a Major Segment. AB U AQB is called a Minor Segment.
ZAOB is called the angle subtended at the centre by AQB.
