Nishchay Nay is for the aspirants who have reached a reasonable level of spiritual development. It is meant for realizing the true nature of the soul. Otherwise the knowledge of self remains only at information level.
The state of a person, who realizes the purity of the soul, would undergo radical change. Then it would be hard for him to indulge in any type of defilement or infatuation. But resorting to absolute purity of soul without adequate spiritual background is fraught with danger. That can lead to Nishchayabhäs inducing the people to give up sound religious practices, which are helpful in spiritual pursuit. They stay bereft of the wholesome means like devotion, detachment, restraints, etc. By unduly resorting to only the absolute viewpoint, the sectarian thus stays deprived of the vital means of spiritual progress.

He does not attain the state of enlightenment,
nor is he equipped with its means; one who comes in contact with him gets drowned in the sea of worldly existence.
