Ätmasiddhi
Such people are called bare knowledgeable.
This stanza states that only resorting to the absolute viewpoint is not helpful. One should keep that absolute state as the objective, and try to manifest it by resorting to worship, devotion, right conduct, Self-study, etc. The true state cannot arise without cultivating detachment and renouncement, and for that purpose one needs to practice restraints, austerities, etc. Liberation can be attained by the right combination of knowledge and practice. Any one of them to the exclusion of the other would not serve the purpose.
નય નિશ્ચય એકાંતથી, આમાં નથી કહેલ; એકાંતે વ્યવહાર નહિ, બન્ને સાથે રહેલ.

Nay Nishchay Ekäntathi, Ämän Nathi Kahel; Ekänte Vyavahär Nahi, Banne Säth Rahel.
Nothing has been stated herein from a onesided absolute point of view, or from a onesided practical point of view; both of them have been simultaneously kept in view.
