Since the Will accounted for along with the ‘I-principle' and the Mind 'extends over', (1. e., determines)—all objects exhibited by the external organs, therefore, these latter are mere 'gates (secondary organs), and the Will along with the other internal organs, is the 'warder' (chief). The Will, Buddhı is superior, not only to the external organs, but also to the other internal organs, the I-principle, and the Mind.
