विनय चिन्तय वस्तुतत्वं, जगति निजमिह कस्य किम् ? भवतिमतिरिति यस्य हृदये, दुरितमुदयति, तस्य किम् ||१||
4.2.1 Let's reflect on the real nature of objects. 'What is mine in this worldly prison?' Once we inculcate this far-sighted vision in ourselves, then no pain or suffering can harm us.
एक उत्पद्यते तनुमा-नेक एव विपद्यते
एक एव हि कर्म चिनुते, सैककः फलमश्नुते ||२||
4.2.2 We are born alone & we die alone. We attract bind karmas and face their results all by ourselves.
यस्य यावान्परपरिग्रह-विविधममतावीवधः । जलविधिविनिहितपोतयुक्त्या, पतति तावदसावधः ||३|| विनय
