11.1 श्लोक

सप्ताधोऽधो विस्तृता याः पृथिव्यश्छत्राकाराः सन्ति रत्नप्रभाद्या: । ताभिः पूर्णो योऽस्त्यधोलोक एतौ पादौ यस्य व्यायतौ सप्तरज्जु ||
11.1.1 There are 7 umbrella-shaped curved lands one below the other which increase as we move downwards. These make up 7- Rajlok long 'Adholok' which is equivalent to the area between the two legs of 'Universe - Man'.
तिर्यग्लोको विस्तृतो रज्जुमेकां, पूर्णो द्वीपैरर्णवान्तैरसंख्यैः ।
यस्य ज्योतिश्चक्रकाञ्चीकलापं, मध्ये कार्यं श्रीविचित्रं कटित्रम् ||२||
11.1.2 The extent of 'Madhyalok' is 1 Rajju. Uncountable islands and oceans are present in it. The orbits of planets make up the waist- belt of this universe-man. This waist-belt is very thin & decorative.
