13.1 श्लोक
13.1.1
सर्वत्र मैत्रीमुपकल्पयात्मन् चिन्त्यो जगत्यत्र न कोऽपि शत्रुः । कियद्दिनस्थायिनि जीवितेऽस्मिन् किं खिद्यते वैरिधिया परस्मिन् ? ।।१।।
Let's extend our friendship in all directions and not consider anyone as our enemy. How stable is our life over here? Why get stressed by drowning in hatred ?
सर्वेऽप्यमी बन्धुतयानुभूताः सहस्रशोऽस्मिन् भवता भवाब्धौ ।
जीवास्ततो बन्धव एव सर्वे, न कोऽपि ते शत्रुरिति प्रतीहि ||२||
13.1.2 In the ocean of sansar, we have had friendly relations with all beings several times. Therefore, all beings are our friends, nobody is our enemy. Let's train our minds this way and reflect on it.
