________________ Sangheeji Jain Temple Granth Bhandar This granth Bhandar is situated in the Digambar Jaina Temple Sanghee ji, Rasta Pt. SIVDEEN-JI-KA-CHOKARI-MODI-KHANA, Jaipur. The Bhandar possesses a valuable collection of 640 manuscripts and 60 GUTKAS pertains 15th to 19th century in the Languages like Sanskrit, Prakrit, Hindi and Rajasthani. All the manuscripts are written on paper. The main subjects on which the manuscripts are available like katha, Puja, Purana and Virt Vidhan. Some notable and rare manuscripts are the “SAPTA VYASANA:.. CHARITRA of BHATTARAK SOMA KIRTI: (Copied dated Samvat 1529) and the “MADHU MATI KATHA” of “CHATUR BHUJA" . which is illustrated. This manuscript is containing 15 coloured painting illustrations representing Rajasthani art. Now we propose to give the details of the manuscripts which are of religious, secular, cultural and historical value. Description - Country paper, thick and greyish, Devanagari characters in bold, uniform, big letters and beautiful hand-writing: borders ruled in three lines in red ink; the condition of the manuscript is good; it is a complete world, written in : Sanskrit Verse, Age --Fairly old Subject -PHAGU Size
