(roastings) of Dudheli (Euphorbia pilulifera); thus give it 7 putas of jhila (Indigofera pauciflolia). Next give it Kurkaputa of Bamdadi (li) (Dodonaea viscosa?). Next grind padepaho1 ta 1 and takho (ta) 5. in the juice of ghoḍaringani (a kind of vanaspati), crush it in the juice of Sonchus aruenois (Sahadevi). Make lump and put it into Euphorbia nivuiia (Thohara) which should be ripe and old, fill the juice of ghoḍa rigant into that (vessel) and close it with the powder of Thohara Euphorbia nivuiia; put a layer of cloth and clay over it. Burn it in gajoputa fire. There becomes silver.
(40) Rub Khahipo2 1 and crush green Dodonaea viscosa. (Nilibamdāli) and make lump. Crush orpiment ta. 2. and Tavakhira (Crucums angusti) ta. 2 into that (tema) and boil the whole thing by giving less water, (or a little hard grains of rice) for 2 ghaḍis. Next that rasa (mineral) gets melted.
(40X) Khahipo3 Khamina Mudra.
Take wax tā. 9, lac ta. 9 and Rala (a kind of wax) ta. 9, make wax hot (heated) into a lota (pot). Next put lac, after that put Rāla, (resin), next mix the powder of Khadir (Acacia catechu) into (of) an iron grinder, tā. 9. Next put magnetic stone ta. 9, Mastaki (pistacia lientiscus) tā. 5, and Mudo Pāhāṇa (Muḍo stone) tā. 9.

(40Y) Mudra in the medicine of Menamudra :
Lit fire and put sulphur into an oil bottle into a Jalayantra; crush it into a mortar of iron, having a big mouth for 1 day. Next seal up the bottle and put it into the Jalayantra. Mudra is accomplished. That medicine is to be kept by making a kunḍu of clay having the capacity of containing water measuring 5 srs. such a light (kundu); put kuntuya into that. Crush (rub) 3 things into that kuntuya (iron mortar), fill 5 (times ?), rub takho (black iron) ta. 3, lonas (salt) tā. 3, āmalasāragamdhaka (a kind of Sulphur) ta. 3 in the juice of Marahathi (Spilanthus oleracia) (ṭā.) 1. next in the juice of Chikani (centipeda orbicularis) for a 1 day, if green (wet ?) is not available, bring dry one 1 sr. and boil it in 8 srs. of water and keep sr; rub the same into that for 4 praharas. Next make a lump (of them) and put it into a kaṇṭūya vessel and allow an earthen lid (to) be fitted over it, put it into the mouth of kaṇṭūya in such a way that it remains 1 finger (angula) high above the mouth of kaṇṭuya.
