Give puta (roasting) of and chinops Echinata Utakatā with the milk of Euphhorbia (dudheli) & (Dandelion=taraxcum) (3) with udholi (not identified) and (4) with white drona (Leucas eephalotus) give fire to the four things (together) for 4 praharas. Sasaka (blue vitriol ?) melts in bone dust; copper metal melts in the hair of man; iron melts in salt.1

ni to clarified butter (ghee -ājaye) 9 srs, and calomel pai 1: in a Dholikāyantra for 12 praharas with 12 srs of fire-wood. Give a small pot into the mouth of an earthen vessel and close it. (Take) oil of Aucaardium2 srs., calamine sr. and copper sr. Smear calamine with (in) oil and heat it in fire and quench it in oil of Ahacardium six times, Take hair of sheep-4 srs. and mercury pai. 3, give Dipāgni to them, (First) rub them in the juice Euphorbia pilulifera in that of Vadavai (adventitious branch of Banyan tree) in that of Sambhalf (Ferula sumbul) in that of Elephantopsus scaber (galajibhi) and put the whole thing on fire..
Medicine for Rheumatism
Put lime (Kalicuco) 3, pure natron 1 sr. and water maund into a a big earthen vessel. Keep water 10 srs. Next put sulphur into a fresh cup or bottle and cover it wholly with layer of cloth and clay and give drops (tüyā) to it. Sulphur melts, oil is produced. Rheumatism goes away. 3
Remedy for Tumour
Reduce to paste mercury In jhikā, (not identified) rub it in the juice of green (wet) purging cassia (girimallikā=Kutaja). Next rub it in the milk of Thohara (Euphorbia nivuiia) for 1 prahara. Close it up in a samputa (lid) and give it fire of pasalı 1 (inandful) of goat's dung, again rub it in milk, give it fire of pasals 2 of goat's dung. Thus increasing pasalı, give goat's dung for 21 days.
Dha(gu ?)lma (tumour) disappears, if this medicine is taken.
