I will abide by the time- schedule fixed for meditation. I will meditate that time in any case. (7) (8) I will ensure full utilization of the time. Self-Realization: The Discovery of Soul It is essential for the human being of modern age to know and practice self- realization. Self- realization is the wonderful process of realizing religion in life. It is of phonetic form and essence of religion. Self- realization is the easiest and speedy path leading to the innate nature of soul. Self-Realization is that of Inner Self-Realization Is that of Inner. It is impossible to communicate realization in its totality. Khalil Zibran says,” I use to define love majestically till my heart filled with the sentiment of love. But the moment I realized love all the definitions proved futile in communicating that realization. Similarly is the case with the realization of meditation. Self-Realization is Inner Awakening Meditation is living detachedly. It is the event of inner awakening. Through vigilant meditation your intellect will become awake and consequently your discretion will go along with you. Attachment cannot cling and delusion cannot delude. Thus meditation is innerawakening, inner- discretion. Self-Realization is the Essence of Religion Meditation is entering the real nature of self, away from attachment and aversion.
