________________ Āchārya Yativrishabha (6th century A.D.) wrote churni sutras on it in 6000 slokas. Thereafter, in the 9th century A.D., Āchārya Virasena wrote an exhaustive commentary on it in 20000 slokas; this was, however, completed by his pupil Jinasena by the addition of another 40000 slokas. This commentary is known as the Jayadhavala, 14 illustrated folios.
