Translation. O foreigner, why dost thou forget me?
O foreigner, I am sponding days and nights in the greatest anxiety. Why didst thon make friends with me?
O foreigner, thou hast made friends with Kabarî and so forgotten me. O foreigner, thou hast made the lips, that have tasted nectar, taste the poison.
