In the Prasasti appended to one of the Bhattāraka of the Balātkāragana, Sara
mss. of this work, Asaga is said to have svati Gaccha of Müla Sangha. It is in 13
composed his eight works in the year 910. cantos ; cf. Anekānta, I. p. 273; SGR.
