________________ Material for Renarch 1291 the end संजम पाल्यउ सातसइ, बरस सहस नउ पूरउ चाउ । असाढ सुदि पाठमी मुकति, पहू ता जिणवर राय ॥६६॥ सवत पनर छियासिइ, रास रचिउ माणी मन भाइ । राज गछ मडण तिलउ, गुरु श्री नदिवर्द्धन सूरिसु पसाइ ।।६७॥ प्रह उठोनइ प्रणमीयइ, श्री यादव मंडन गिरिनारि । मन बछित फल ते लहइ, हरिषइ जोगी वर नर नारि ॥६॥ समुद विजय तन गुण निलउ, सेव करइ जसु नर छद । पुण्य रतन मुनिवर मणइ, श्री संघसुप्रसन नेमि जिणद ।।६।। ॥ श्रीनेमिनाथरास समापता ।। 22 NALA DAMAYANTI CARITA: This was composed by Manik Raja in Samvat 1590 1. e. 1533A.D. II describes the famous story of Nala and Damayanti. The work contains 486 verses mainly in Doha and Caupai metres. The manuscript has been housed in the Sastra Bhandar of Terāpanthi temple, Jaipur. It is written in Rajasthāni language. The beginning of the work is as under: पहिलउ शाति जिरणद नमि, सरसति चित्त घरेसु । श्री दवदती नउ चरित, सखेपहि विरचेसु ॥१॥ जिणवर निज मुख मासिया, दान सील तपमाव । सविहू सील प्रसशियइ, प्रगटउ जासु प्रभाव ॥२।। सीलइ सुर सपइ हुवइ, सीलइ पामइ मुख । सील पसाइ सवि टलइ, रोग मोग मय दुख ।।३।। डाइणि साइणि नवि छलइ, सोलह तणइ प्रभाव । दानव भूत भयग महि, भय हलाइ जाइ ॥४॥ 23. BHAVISYADATTA RASA:-- This was composed by Vidyabhūsana pupil of Visvasena Süni of Kaşıha Sangha. The poet completed the work in 1543 A. D. at Sojat, a town in Pali District. The work deals with the life of Bhavisya Datta a Jaina Sravaka whose life story is very popular among the Jaina poets, In this work also the poet describes the same story in a very simple style.
