The transcription of the manuscript was completed by Attikamallan on Monday the 5th of the dark fortnight of the Vaisakha month in the year Isvara. Beginning:
पुनरावृत्तिरहितशाश्वतशिवसायुज्यसिद्ध्यर्थ सांवत्सरिकमाहेश्वराराधनं करिष्ये । पुरोदौद्रि(रूरवोमाद्रवस्संज्ञि)कानां विश्वेषां देवानां स्थाने आहवनीयार्थे क्षणं दत्वा भवद्भिः क्षणः प्रसादः करणीयः । यजमानस्य पितुर्गोत्रस्य शर्मस्य(णः) स्थाने आहवनीयार्थे क्षणं दत्वा क्षणः प्रसादः करणीयः । End:
