________________ (10) trustees and that such Chairman shall also be the Chairman of the Managing Committee and shall preside at every meeting of the trustees and the Managing Committee and in his absence the trustees and the Man aging Committee shall have power to appoint any one of them to act as such Chairman. And it is hereby further agreed and declared that the business of the trust shall be carried on by majority of votes and the Chairman shall have in addition to bis own vote & castiug vote Provided always and it is lastly declared that if the trnstees hereby appointed or to be appointed as hereinafter mentioned or any of them shall happen to die or continue to reside abroad for a period of more than twelve calender mopths or become bankrupt or take the benefit of apy Act for relief of Insolvent Debtors or resign or be desirou s of being discharged or disclaim neglect or refuse to any or become incapable of acting in the trusts hereinbefore declared before the same shall have been fully executed then and in every such case and so often as the same shall happen it shall be lawful for the said Manekchand Hirachand and Naval. chand Hirachand during their joint lives and after the decease of any of them or the survivor of them and. after the decease of such survivor for the surviving or continuing trustees or trustee for the time being of these presents or for the executors or dministrators of the last surviving or continuing trustee by any deed or instrumont in writing from time to time to substitute or appoint within a period of three montbs from the happening of any of the aforesaid contingencies any persons or person in the place or stead of such trustees or trustee so dying or continuing to reside abroad bec Jain Education International For Personal & Private Use Only www.jainelibrary.org
