________________ (31) Motichand and their heirs executors and administrators and all and every other person or persons whosesoever having or claiming any estate or interest whatsoever in the same bereditaments and premises or any of them or any part thereof, from, under, or in trust for the said Panachand Hirachand, Manekchand Hirachand, Navalchand Hirachand and Premchand Motichand or their heirs or any of them shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon every reasonable request and at the costs of the said trustees, their successors, and assigns and their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns do and execute or cause to be done and executed all such further and other lawful acts deeds and things wbatsoever for the better and more perfectly conveying and assuring the said heredituments and premises and every part thereof unto the said trustees their successors and assigns and their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in manner aforesaid as by the said trustees their successors and assigns and their heirs, executors administrators or assigns or their counsel in the Lair shall be reasonably required.
