________________ (9) time to time be elected members of the Managing Committee of Sheth Hirachand Gumanji Jain Boarding School. And it is hereby agreed and declared that if at any time the said trust estate or any part thereof shall be purchased or taken possession of by the Government or the Municipality of Bombay or by the Bombay City Improvement Trust for any public purpose under any law for the time being in force relating to the acquisition of land then and in that case it shall be lawful for the trustees of these presents to apply the moneys or compensation to be received therefor for the purpose of erecting one or more new building or buildings at such place or places in Bombay as the trustees may from time to time agree upon for the purpose of the trusts of these presents. And it is hereby further agreed and declared that the trustees of these presents sball at all times be pot less than six and more tban eight and that two male descendants from the family of the said Hirachand Gumanji shall always act as trustees of these presents but if there be po such male descendant then two persons from the nearest male relations of the said Hirachand Gumanji and who may be found fit to act shall be appointed trustees of these presents. And it is hereby further agreed and declared that Sheth Manekchand Hirachand shall be the Chairman of the trustees hereby appointed and after his decease sh eldest surviving male member of the family of Sheth Hirachand Gumanjj shall be appointed to act as chairman of the trustees and if there be no such member living then in such case any of the nea rest male relations of the said Hirachand Gumanji shall be appointed to act as Chairman of the Jain Education International For Personal & Private Use Only www.jainelibrary.org
