________________ (11) oming Ban krupt or Ibsolvent desirous to be discharged disclaiming neglecting cr refusing to act or becoming, incapable of acting as aforesaid and immediately the reupon all the aforesaid trust estate and premises shall be forthwith conveyed, assigned and assured so and in such manner as that the same may become legally and effectually vested in such new trustee or trustees either jointly with the survivirg or continuing trustees or trustee or solely as the case may be to the uses upon the trust and to the ends intents and purposes herein before limited and declared or such of them as shall be then subsisting, undetermined and capable of taking effect and every instruinent expresied to be made in pureuance of the aforesaid power and not appearing on the face of it to be invalid shall although not so made be valid and effectual for all purposes other than the exoneration of the parties to the making thereof from responsibilities and that every such new trustee or trustees either before or after such con veyance assignment or assurance as aforesaid shall have the same power and authority in all respects as if he or thay had been originally appointed a trustee or trustees by these presents Provided always and it is bereby declared that. the trustee or trustees to be appointed as hereinabove mentioned shall be appointed from the trustees of Sheth Hirachand Gumapjis Jain Boarding school and that there shall be at least two meetings of the trustees -- in a year but if any two trustees desire a meeting of the trustees to be held the chairman shall convene & meeting of the trustees.
