(13) vow have in tbemselves good right full power and absolute authority to grant and assure the said trust Estate hereby granted and assured or intended so to be unto and to the use of the said trustees in manner aforesaid. And that it shall be lawful for the said. trustees from time to time and at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly to enter upon possess and enjoy the said trust estate and to receive and take the rents and profits thereof and of every part thereof without any lawful eviction interruption claim or demand whatsoever of from or by them the said Manekchand Hirachand and Navalchand Hirachand or any person or persons lawfully or equitably claimivg or to claim by from under or in trust for them or any of them and tbat free from all incumbrarcers whatsoever and further that they the said Manekchand Hirachand, Navalchand Hirachand and their beirs executers and administrators. and all and every other person or persons whosoever having or claiming any estate or interest whatsoever in the said trust estate or any of them or any part thereof from under or in trust for the said Manekchand Hirachand and Navalchand Hirachand their heirs or any of them shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon every reasonable request and at the costs of the said trustees do and execute or cause to be done and executed all such further and other lawful acts deeds and things whatsoever for the
