Premchand Moticband, during their joint lives. and after the decease of any of them for the survivor and after the decease of such survivor for the surviving or continuing trustees of trustee of these presents for the time being or the executors administrators of the last surviving or continuing trustee by any deed or instrument in writing from time to time to sulstitute or appoint within three months at the most any persons or person in the stead or place of such trustees or trustee so dying continuing to reside abroad le oming bankrupt or insolvent, desirous to ke discharged, disclaiwining, neglecting or refusing to act or Lecoming incapable of acting as aforesaid and immediately tbereupon all the aforesaid trust estste and premises shall be forth.with conveyed assigned and assured so and in such manner as è hat the same may become legally and effectually vested in such new trustee or trustees either jointly with the surviving or continuing trustees or trustee or solely as the case may be to the uses, upon the trust and to the ends intents and purposes hereip before limited and declared or such
of them as shall be then subsisting undetermined and capa! le of taking effect and every instrument express d to be nade in pursuance of the aforesaid power and not appearing on the face wf it to be juyalid shall although not so:
